What is a typical campaign set up timescale?

Depending on the amount of work involved, Splatter can have activity up and running in a couple of days for basic jobs to up to 2/4 weeks for longer more detailed work. It has been known for us to pull rabbits out of hats at the very last minute, so you are in good hands whatever your situation.

What are your terms of work?

Splatter works to the client requirements from long and short term contract based activity, non-contracted ad hoc activity thorough to fully fledged strategic full time teams. Splatter will come to the best solutions to fit your needs and your budgets.

What industries do you work in?

Splatter specialises in the entertainment, gaming, technology and FMCG sectors but can also work outside of these areas on bespoke campaigns. Not only do Splatter work in the UK and Ireland, but have offices in France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Benelux, Nordics and Russia so you’re covered if you want European activity too.

How can I access data from my project?

Splatter provides all our clients with a unique reporting site called Field Connect that you can get access to 24/7. On top of this, Splatter provides detailed summary reports at agreed milestones during your campaign to keep you up to date.

Will my project data and images be available in real time?

Yes, this is a key component to our services which we believe should come as standard on every job. You can see overviews as well as download images and data in bulk to use as you need.

Will I get a dedicated Account Manager?

Account Managers are always assigned to help assist with your activity. They are the liaison between yourself and the Ops and Field teams and will manage the process for you including setting up, briefing, execution and reporting of the campaign.

How do I know your staff are the best for the campaign?

With each client and campaign, each and every staff member is trained on the company, the brand and the activity they will be working on via face to face training or our cutting edge e-learning system. Splatter also meet our people on a regular basis to keep them up to date on procedure and so we have every confidence that our staff will match the right profile for your activity.

How do you price up for an activity?

A question many clients always pose to themselves is; What is my priority – price or service? At Splatter, you can be assured price points will always be the most competitive you are likely to find with a service level that goes beyond industry standards. We pride ourselves in making a client happy on price, and even happier on results.

Are you VAT registered?

Yes, Splatter are VAT registered.

What are your payment terms?

Splatter have 30 day payment terms which should be paid to us via BACS. In some cases, a deposit may be required for larger jobs and set up fees. These can be disucssed with your account manager when discussing the project in more detail.
